Barton Cricket Club is on the up - and now here is your chance to join the Barton Army.
The club is on the lookout for sponsors right across the board - big, small or in between.
Running a cricket club and actually delivering the game is an expensive business - league-supplied cricket balls cost around £1,000 before one of them is even bowled for a start!
The Cricketfield Road club runs a first and second team in the Devon League B and D Divisions respectively.
It also runs Sunday League, cup and midweek friendly teams and it will have five youth sides this summer aged from eight up to 17. And that's not taking into accounts plans for a ladies' team.
A club official says: "The club is run by volunteers and totally dependent on volunteers, from preparing the ground and wicket to making the teas for players and organising bingo in the club.
"Another huge part of the support we get is from our sponsors. Without them and the volunteers there wouldn't be a Barton Cricket Club and we would like to thank each and every one of them.
"Delivering cricket is expensive and it becomes more of a challenge every. So here is our appeal for help, for volunteers and for vital sponsors. Every little helps, so please support a club trying to go places and enjoy the ride with us."
