Barwell make the 129 mile journey to Needham Market on Saturday as we return to league action. Needham Market sit one place and one point above us in the table having won 2, drawn 2 and lost 2 games so far.
Barwell come in to the game having lost to Tamworth in the League Cup with a much changed team to that which beat AFC Mansfield in the FA Cup on Saturday. Needham Market had a FA Cup replay on Tuesday evening which saw them beat Dereham Town. They now face Lowestoft Town in the next round.
In the league Needham Market have beaten Leiston and Hednesford Town with both wins being in their last 2 league games. They have lost to Stratford Town and Nuneaton Borough.
Barwell will be hoping to build on the last league win that saw them win against the previously unbeaten Kings Langley. Brady Hickey and Tonali Omotola lead the way in the scoring charts and with good recent performances from Dom Brown-Hill, Tristan Dunkley and Eliot Putman there should be confidence in the camp.
Last season Barwell won 2-0 in Suffolk on 18th August but lost at home to the same scoreline.
Needham Market play at Bloomfields, IP6 8DA. A coach is available for Barwell supporters at a cost of £10 per person. Departure is at 09.00.
