Beccehamian RFC 90th Anniversary & Big Build Fundraising Ball:
*** NEW DATE SATURDAY 2 SEPTEMBER 2023 *** OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS & ALL SECTIONS OF THE CLUB.

For varying factors, including cost at the end of season at the same time as various tours/end of season activities and numbers (c.150 booked), the date for the Beccs Ball has been MOVED to Saturday 2 September 2023, the start of the actual 90th Anniversary Season - and by which time, the Big Build will be well under way too!

To provide flexibility in booking, places can now be booked in any number - so tickets are available for 1,2,4,5 people etc.. or indeed as a full table of 10. The cost at £75 per ticket, and venue remains the same at Oakley House in Bromley with a capacity of 300 people, the aim is to fill the venue.

• Cost: £75 per person
• Timings: Arrive 18:00, Dinner 19:30, Carriages 00:30
• Dress Code: Beccs Black Tie
• Three course meal, Live music, Professional photographer
• Bookings will be on first come first served basis.

3. All menu orders (menu below) including dietary requirements for all places booked, and wine pre-orders, are to be provided by Saturday 12 August 2023 at the latest please (3 weeks before).

• Starters: Anti Pasti Salad (meat), OR Anti Pasti Salad (vegetarian)
• Main: Rump of Lamb OR Caramelized Red onion & Goats cheese tart (vegetarian)
• Dessert: Apple Tart Tatin OR White Chocolate Cheesecake
• Wine: Table wine is available to pre-order at £15 per bottle (payment required), £23 per bottle on the evening.
