Beccehamian RFC is delighted to invite all club members, supporters, and the wider rugby community to a momentous occasion - our Beccs Women’s team's 25th Silver Anniversary Celebration and the Official Opening of our New Clubhouse Changing Rooms.

This special event will take place on Saturday 29 March 2025 at Beccehamian RFC, marking a historic milestone for our Women’s team and the club as a whole.

A Day to Remember – Programme of Events
The celebration will be packed with activities for all ages, highlighting the club’s rich history, community spirit, and bright future.
10:30 - England RFU guests and representatives will arrive, with RFU camera crew & photographers to capture the day.
11:00 – Girls' training session, hosted by the RFU
12:00 – Walking Rugby with guests The Chelsea Pensioners
14:00 – Official Opening of the New Beccs changing rooms by Maxine Edwards MBE [former England Women's captain]. With welcome speeches by Robbie Broadhurst, Beccs Club President and Yvonne Mezza [née Baxter], founding Beccs Women's team captain.
14:30 – Beccs current Women’s squad vs Beccs “Legends” Women’s squad
16:45 – Women’s Six Nations [on TV]: Wales Women vs England Women
Special guests from England RFU will be in attendance throughout the day, underscoring the significance of this occasion.

Open Invitation to All Club Members and Supporters
We encourage all members from every section of the club to come together and be part of this historic day. Whether you’re a mini, junior, senior, former player, or a dedicated supporter, your presence will make this event even more special.

Please wear Beccs attire, & anything silver - kit, polos, hoodys, blazers and anything representing the club.
The new changing rooms will be open for tours from 11:00–13:00 and after the Women’s match from c.16:45.
There will be food available to purchase and weather permitting an outdoor bar and ice-cream van in attendance too.
