All foundations and drainage works have been completed.
75% of the flooring for the ground floor has been laid.
Brickwork up to damp course has been completed.
However, over the last couple of months we encountered some delays relating to the definition and then the delivery of the steels to be used. These have now been overcome and the steel columns and beams have now nearly all been installed.

Planned activities over the next 3-4 weeks: (subject to weather conditions)

Lots of brickwork – external and internal up to first floor level.
Installing the ground floor roof / 1st & terrace floor.

More fundraising is required for Phase 2
At present we're focusing on Phase 1 (Ground floor, 2 changing rooms with showers/toilets, ladies toilets, officials changing, physio & store room) and have raised sufficient funds to pay for this part of the build, which we anticipate completing in early 2024. In order to progress to Phase 2 (Extending the members bar, completing 1st floor terrace, new meeting room), we need to raise a further £40,000 in addition to the funds we've already secured for this part of the project Please BUY-A-BRICK as soon as possible, see link here.
