Despite Porth racing into an early 13-0 lead, Beddau showed a lot of composure in the second half to come away with a deserved victiory. Full credit to Porth who threw everything at Beddau and proved what a good squad they have at the club.

Without the influential skipper James Richards, Beddau were led by the outstanding Luke W Davies who claimed the man of the match award. Paddy Connolly in the centre was also in fine form and part of a very good second half performance by the team.

Congratulations to all the squad and coaches who now look to return to league action and push for a high position in the inargural WRU 2nd XV league.
