The 1st XV travel to Ystrad Rhondda, who will be looking to bounce back from last weeks defeat at Rumney. Ystrad, have a few new faces in their squad and will be fighting to keep home points against a Beddau team that started promisingly last week.

The Development team face a long trip to Builth Wells in the WRU 2nd XV league. Builth were heavily defeated by Bridgend Athletic last week but have a very good home record. Beddau buoyed by last weeks 45-13 home win over Rumney, should again be able to select a strong squad of players that are increasingly putting pressure on players in the first team.

Selection will again be a headache and the coaches will stick with their policy of not announcing their teams till Saturday morning.

Both games kick off at 2.30pm, with the Youth taking on Abercynon at Yorkdale in a friendly also 2.30pm.
