All the weekend action from around the club and community

WEEKEND PREVIEW
The season is slowly drawing to an end for teams within the Club.

With Senghenydd unable to raise a side for the Rhondda & East Glamorgan DRU Division A fixture, the 2nd team are left kicking their heels relying on the fixture pool to provide a game.

JUNIOR RUGBY

After a fantastic day of festival rugby at Mount Pleasant last Sunday our teams are once again in action this weekend. Please make every effort to get out and support these teams. They continue to be a credit to the Club and Community.

FOOTBALL

Cwm Welfare continue their quest for Welsh league safety this Saturday as they play host to fellow strugglers Treowen Stars.

Cwm will have been hugely disappointed to lose 2-0 at home to bottom Club Tredegar Town last Saturday and will need to get the full points against a Stars outfit that are currently two places and three points higher than them in the league ladder.

It would be a dream for Cwm to repeat what was probably their best performance of the season away at Treowen in January where they claimed a big 5-0 win.

Kick-off is 2.30pm.

ENTERTAINMENT

What a big weekend of rugby and you can see it all live at the Clubhouse.

On Saturday the Welsh regions go head to head in Judgement Day, then a day later it is the National finals day also at the Principality Stadium.

There is also a huge weekend of football and you can catch it live in HD on the many large screens and big TV’s.

Club favourite Dai Bartlett is the guest singer in our Easter Sunday afternoon at the Club. Always a great afternoon out and free for all members and bonafide guests.

Have a great weekend.
