Manager Paul Johnson has secured the signature of experienced midfielder Ricky Wellard ready for the 2nd half of the season, a player who will be a real Xmas treat for sports fans

"I would like to welcome Ricky Wellard to Bedfont Sports, he has played for a number of big clubs including AFC Wimbledon, Cambridge United and Hampton & Richmond FC.
This is a big signing for us as Rick brings a wealth of experience to our young sports side. He has great coaching credentials and contacts with senior players, which is sure to help make for an exciting second half of the season.
On a personal note as a friend and former team mate I am really looking forward to working with him. ive been trying to secure his signature for some time now so its great to get him on board."
