Bedford Town Football Club is delighted to welcome the signing of Kornell McDonald. The 21 year old right back was with Derby County for his youth, and made his debut against Brentford in December 2020. He went on to appear eight times for Derby's first team, before leaving in the summer of 2022.

Earlier this season, Kornell signed for Kettering Town. The club would like to thank Kettering for their assistance with the seven day process and ensuring Kornell was registered in time for tomorrow's game against Hednesford at the Eyrie.

Speaking to www.bedfordeagles.net, manager Paul Davis commented "Kornell has been training with us for a few weeks and he has looked lively. He certainly has skill and something about him. We look forward to seeing what he can offer for the Eagles over the course of the season."
