Bedford Town Football Club are saddened to learn of the passing of former matchday steward George Hobbs, aged 35.

George was a sporadic member of the matchday stewarding team at The Eyrie and regularly helped out with various tasks in and around the club. George, who was also a very talented tattoo artist, was a larger than life character who always had time for others.
