Another massive match for the Eagles as we host Bromsgrove Sporting at The Eyrie. The Eagles recently beat Kings Langley 2-0 in a comfortable win for Gary Setchell’s side.
On Tuesday, the Eagles cruised to a 2-0 win against Kings Langley. First half goals from Joe Butterworth and Connor Tomlinson won the three points for Bedford in a much-needed win.
Forward Connor Tomlinson bagged his seventh goal of the season for Bedford extending his lead at the top of the Bedford Town goalscoring charts. He is two goals ahead of second placed Tyrone Lewthwaite.
The Eagles have been on a good run lately, they have won their last two matches against Stotfold and Kings Langley and will look to put a bit of a run together now.
Bromsgrove have had a decent start to the season and are tenth place in the league. They recently beat Nuneaton Borough 3-0 in a massive win against one of the best sides in the league.
Dan Sweeney has been in some great form for Bromsgrove and has scored three goals in his last three matches this season. He scored against Nuneaton Borough, Barwell and Royston Town.
Bromsgrove have had a bad October and suffered four defeats in a row. These defeats included a 0-1 defeat to Tamworth, a 1-7 loss against Leiston, 3-1 against Ilkeston Town and 4-1 to Mickleover.
