We’re delighted to announce that Richard Pears has joined the club in the role of Assistant Manager.

Richard is a former Exeter City forward who later went on to have spells with Torquay United, Tiverton Town, Exmouth Town and Willand Rovers.

Following his playing career Richard was appointed manager of Exmouth Town in the first of two spells and also managed Cullompton Rangers, Royal Marines, Barnstaple Town, Sidmouth Town and Buckland Athletic. Most recent he was Assistant Manager at Tiverton.
