Bishopthorpe picked up their second successive 6 wicket of the season to move clear at the top of Division One. After being put in to bat Stockton collapsed from 85-5 to 93 all out as three seam bowlers shared the wickets. Andy Kenny was the pick of the bowlers with 4-19 with Ian Holmes (3-16) and Scott Reeves (3-34) also among the wickets. Kallum Perrera top scored for Stockton with 19. Bishopthorpe lost early wickets and were 38-4 but once they had seen off the impressive Dan Fairclough who picked up 3-21 in his 12 over spell, wrapped up victory without any further alarms. Ben Smith finished unbeaten on 27no and Andrew Seager completed the victory with a huge straight six finishing 21 not out.
