“Firstly I’d like to say Thank you to Blackburn Rugby Club. This club holds a special place in my heart and it’s been an absolute privilege to be part of such an amazing vibrant club be it off the pitch or on it.

Since I’ve joined the club I’ve been lucky enough to experience many fond memories and achievements, to name a few. I’ve completed two degrees, won the Lancashire cup, been selected in the northwest team of the year twice and played in the game once, had the opportunity to reconnect with team mates I’d not seen for a long time and make new relationships with players which I have met at the club, me and Lydia got engaged and have had our first child Nevaeh and moved into our first home.

This club has been like home from home for me since I started and one thing that sticks out and is central to every memory and achievement mentioned above is Blackburn rugby club.
