Henry Paul Appointed Director Of Rugby.

Bradford and Bingley RFC of National Division Three (North) are pleased to be able to confirm the appointment of Henry Paul as their Director of Rugby for the 2013/14 season.

Paul,39, who was capped 24 times by his native New Zealand at Rugby League and six times by England at Rugby Union, and so is a dual code and dual country international, he has also played rugby league for Wakefield, Wigan, Bradford Bulls and Harliquins. Rugby union for Bath, Gloucester and Leeds, and will take up the position with immediate effect.

Bradford and Bingley’s Chairman of Rugby, Peter Rae commented: “We are absolutely delighted that Henry has decided to come on board with us; we believe that today should mark the beginning of a new era for our club.

We have spoken at length about his plans for the club and I firmly believe this will be a fantastic time for players and supporters to be associated with Bradford and Bingley.

Henry will have control of all aspects of rugby matters at Wagon Lane, through all the Junior Age groups up to the First Team.

Henry will be setting out some of his ideas with the current First team squad tonight, but the real fun will begin when we start pre-season for next year in mid June.”
