Due to the COVID-19 lock-down rules, Breightmet Wanderers AFC couldn't do our usual Presentation Night - but that didn't stop Barlow and Brian rewarded their players for their efforts last season. When the inaugural Marc Palin Memorial Shield was over - and we'd won our first piece of silverware - we kept everybody back to tell them how proud we were of what they did for us last campaign...

Each player though pulled on the famous red shirt for us received a trophy - and as always, there was the 'special' awards handed out as well. And for the 2019-2020 campaign - that was cut short due to this horrible virus - the winners were announced as:

Most Improved Player of the Year: SIMON BOSTOCK
Players Player of the Year: SIMON BOSTOCK
Manager's Player of the Year: CRAIG McCLELLAND

There were also two additional awards presented for this great bunch of blokes - and they were:

Top Goalscorer of the Season : JOHN YATES
Most Man of the Match awards: JOHNNY BIRCHILL
Goal of the Season: MICHAEL ENTWISTLE
Clubmen of the Year: LIAM PARDEN-BELL and JASON MAKIN

A massive well-done to each and every one of you that made us proud last season and we really look forward to seeing you all out there again soon. We promise that - as long as we're allowed - you'll have a great Presentation Night next May/June...
