Some of the great and the good of Brislington CC Juniors gathered on a dark November night to meet with the Glos Cricket Board to plan the development of a new Girls Cricket Team for Brislington Cricket Club.

Brislington Cricket Club now has some key ingredients in place including the support of the GCB and some Wesport funding to run a satellite club in Brislington Enterprise College.

Brislington CC was felt to also have great facilities, sound reputation and coaching staff with the energy to drive forward this exciting project.

All these elements look certain to be a firm foundation for the inception of this team. Please spread the word to all buddy sporting girls that you know and watch this space for more information.
