We have amazing facilities and are a great club, but we must ensure that you are fully registered with us straight away for the following reasons:

• Your safety
• Insurance
• Our regulating bodies - RFU and GRFU
• To pay for referees, coaching, ground/changing room hire etc.
• To ensure the club survives through your annual subs.

The process is straight forward:

• STEP 1 – From the GMS homepage, click 'Create New Account'.
• STEP 2 – Enter your first and last name, email, DOB, mobile number and address, and click 'next'.
• STEP 3 – If you receive an error message then you most likely already have a GMS account. To gain access to your account, please see our guide on How to Reset my Password.
• STEP 4 – To finish making your account, create and confirm your password. Tick if you would like to 'opt in' in the Privacy Notice, review/tick the GMS and login T&Cs. Review your details and click 'next'.
• STEP 5 – You have now created your GMS account and will be taken to your dashboard. Click on “Add a Club” or on your profile page you will see a ‘My Organisations’ box. Click the ‘Add’ button in top right corner.
• STEP 6 - Search for “Bristol Aeroplane Co.” and select them from the list. Then click the ‘Register to Play’ button. Make sure your registration details are correct. Review the consent boxes and waivers before clicking 'save' in the right corner to submit your Club Registration form. Your application will be sent to us to review.

• Finally, you MUST be a social member of the BAWA club, however this is included within the monthly club subs detailed below. When you have completed at least 1 months subs you will be issued with a BAWA Social Club Card.

HOW TO PAY CLUB SUBS ONLY

You can make a payment with our contactless card machine or cash for your first month’s subs (ask one of the committee). Then set up a direct debit as per below:

There are two options -
£26.00 per month as a player - most of you will be this option.
£10 per month as a past player/club member. This is an option for anyone that would like to contribute an amount towards the club (some of you have asked for this so you can give something back to the club).

Once you have completed the above, you will get an email from GoCardless and BAC to confirm it has all been set up and the monthly payment amount.
