Eric passed away on Tuesday 21st August 2012 aged 93 years, he was a member of the Football Club Committee during the 1960's and 1970's and during that period the Football Club moved from playing matches on the field behind the Shelley Arms to new facilities with our own pitch, Social Club and Bar at the Army Camp where we remained until 1980.

Eric was a perfect gentleman who will be sorely missed but never forgotten by his many friends at Broadbridge Heath Football Club.

The funeral will take place on Friday 1st September at Worth at 3.15 and afterwards at the Indoor Bowls Club.
