We took delivery of 60 tons of sand Thursday and 40 tons on Friday last week.

Yesterday morning at seven am ALS Ltd arrived with a hugh artic and two other lorries loaded with machines.

I am pleased to report that the main groundworks have now been completed.

Pitches 1 4 and Maids Morton have been verti-drained and pitches 2 and
3 have been sand slit.

Richard Haynes will be digging the new drain by the side of pitch 1 within the next ten days.

There will be 40 bags of fertilizer delivered next week so I can treat the pitches.

I am also meeting Cartwrights to see what areas need overseeding.
