Bury went into the game with AFC Monton hoping to build on last weeks victory, although the conditions were far from perfect both sides kicked off with Bury having the advantage of the strong wind at their backs
After on 5 minutes Bury were awarded a free kick on the edge of the area after Calum Percival had been bundled over, Louis Dunn stepped up but his effort hit the cross bar and onto the goal line with no Bury player on hand to tap in the rebound
Bury were in control of the game as Monton struggled getting the ball forward as the windy conditions getting worse
After 20 minute one one of the goat post moved back due to the wind and that was enough for the ref to deem the game unplayable
Fair play to both sides for giving it a go and the conditions were the only winner on the day
