Camborne Rugby Club plan to mark the forthcoming National League derby clash with Launceston at the Recreation Ground by holding a Players Reunion before kick off.
The Club’s Veterans and Former Players Association are organising the event which will take place from 1.00pm on Saturday 1st October in the ‘Town’ bar.

‘We aim to get approaching 100 former players together from as far back as the 1950’s to the more recently retired’ said Vets Secretary Neil Symons. This is sure to swell what is already expected to be a bumper crowd.

The Vets section are about to embark on another season of fundraising for the Club and local charities and their subscriptions of £5 can be paid on the day. There are also a quantity of Vets ties available to buy priced at £12.

We are looking for players to confirm their attendance and say which generation they started playing in We will then name the first 5 from the 50’s, 6 from the 60’s, 7 from the 70’s, 8 from the 80’s, 9 from the 90’s, 10 from the 2000’s. Can we get any from the 40’s??
