The first tranche of Camborne Town Deal funding has been announced by the Government and work will now get underway on a significant town improvement programme.
Eight projects were given the go ahead to develop business plans last spring and seven of these have now been officially approved including our own “Renovating the Recreation Ground”.
We are awaiting the issuing of the Grant Funding Agreement so that our team can deliver the bulk of the project having already seen the Grandstand roof replaced via the Accelerator Fund plus financial support from Camborne Town Council and from a long standing commercial sponsor.
