It is with much sadness that I have to report the passing of former Cherry & Whites stalwart John Rocket at the age of 78.

John, (pictured sat behind ball boy) who started his playing days as a winger before moving to back row forward, Captained Camborne in the 1963/64 season and then again from 1969-71, he also earned several caps for Cornwall.
John was always been a big supporter of the Cherry & Whites until ill heath prevented him from attending many games in recent years.
He was a very popular man and will be greatly missed by everyone at the club. We would like to send our condolences to his family at this very sad time.
