Although the Cherry & Whites are sitting handily in second spot with a game in hand they are well aware they've yet to be seriously challenged but the next 3 weeks will see that all change.
The upcoming fixtures see's the team travel to 5th place Devonport (next week) before a trip to leaders Chew Valley and a home clash against 4th place Lydney. All of these matches will provide the squad with stern tests but confidence among the squad is high and they are certainly up for the challenge.
This time last year Camborne were still waiting for their first win having lost 6 on the spin (including pre-season) scoring 143 points conceding 213. Now the team has won their opening 6 matches bagging 248 points conceding just 83, which is quite a turn around.
