Noah Sixton will become the 10th player to make a Cherry & Whites debut this season when the team take on Teignmouth for the first time ever in league rugby this Saturday.
Noah has been representing England's u18's in the 7's squad for the Commonwealth Youth Games in Samoa, where he helped them finish just outside the medals in 4th place. He comes in on the wing replacing Tom Hinds who picked up a slight knock last week and so will have a run out in the reserves against Penryn.
There is also a recall for Tommy Southworth who's missed the last couple of games through injury, he starts at prop with Andrious Zacharovas dropping to the bench. The only other change see's Cameron Bone (who was unavailable last Saturday) start on the bench with Luke Trewhella and Cameron Sayer moving to the reserves.
Once again selectors have gone for a young squad with the average age under 23 including 6 teenagers. With the addition of Sixton in the back line the team has pace to burn and with good weather forecast supporters should be treated to some exciting running rugby on the REC.
