Cherry & Whites looking for 'Revenge at the REC'
Camborne will be out to revenge their earlier defeat when Exeter University make their first ever visit to the Recreation Ground this Saturday.
The Cherry & Whites led 20 - 14 going into the final ten minutes on Exeter's 3G pitch in early December but injuries to two key players plus a yellow card let the hosts back into the match and a brace of converted tries saw Town leave without even a bonus point.
This left the team feeling totally deflated as they ate their first ever after match meal in a changing room, so they will be looking to put the record straight this weekend.
The visitors have had a meteoric rise up the league system over the past few seasons and sit in 5th place at present but Camborne know a home victory should lift them above the visitors in the table.
With the exception of Ben Drew (who picked up a leg injury in Gloucestershire) selectors will be hoping the majority of the squad came through a tough test at Drybrook.
On the plus side there should be a return for Rhodri Mcatee who was unavailable for the trip on Saturday.
With good conditions forecast for the weekend it should be ideal for Camborne's exciting back division to play their expansive game as they look to continue racking up their try count.
The squad will be named on Thursday evening.
