Ordering process:

Select “order” tab.
Stage 1; complete number of people and your E mail address.
Stage 2; complete player details.
Check “school/club”
Complete drop down options and DOB
Stage 4; Select your desired protection level
Stage 3; select your design of gum shield.
Stage 6; In the search box enter “Hemel”
In drop down box select Hemel Hempstead (Camelot) Rugby club.
Stage 7; cleaning Tablets option
Stage 8; Checkout and your payment details.

The Opro dental team will visit the Camelot clubhouse on Sunday 9th Sept 2012.
Opro will confirm an appointment time in due course with a 15 minute attendance window.
