Lane started strongly with forwards Johan Adderley, Joshua Kear, Euan Jones, Harry Dodd and Jack Firth making solid yards.
Their defence then took over and piled into the Leigh players pinning them in their own 20 yard area. Robbie Newton, Corey Westwood, Lewis Flockton and Kian Watson all prominent.
Lanes big men continued to make good yards which meant half backs Ritchie Westwood and Corey Johnson had time to plan their attacks.
The first try coming from Newton after great team build up play.
Lane kept up the pressure on Leigh by completing the next 3 sets of possession and punishing their opponents in defence, their next try came from Kear who barged his way over from a Johnson pass, Lucas Sutton converting.
This proved to be the turning point of the first half with lane running tries in from Jones, Ritchie Westwood and debutant Cain Hayes with Sutton adding the extras to make it 28-0 at half time.
The second half saw more of the same from lane.
First Taku Murangari crossed after Newtons smart offload, Firth then scythed through for a long distance score followed closely by Hayes for his second of the match.
Harry Phillipson and Harry Wright combined to release Watson who found Firth, his great pass then put Jae Priest over.
Adderly scored the final points after Sutton ran 60 meters to just be held short.
Sutton added a further 4 conversions to finish the score at 54-0.
In a fantastic team performance opposition man of the match went to Ritchie Westwood with coaches man of the match going to Hayes.
