Lead by experienced SCAA CWB coach - Ocean Chow - the course will aim to teach anyone new to the game the skills, laws and basic understanding of rugby. The course delivered in both English and Cantonese caters for all.

The course will be delivered on Tuesdays and Thursday nights at the So Kon Po Recreational Ground (arguably the best grass rugby pitch in Hong Kong!) - you can find us here:

- Rugby is a contact sport and injuries sometimes occur. It is recommended that individuals joining the introductory course have personal insurance in case of injury.
