Opportunity to progress:
Carterton FC are the Junior Premier Leagues Oxfordshire Regional Talent Centre, this enables selection to the JPL's Rep Team who play pro clubs.

JPL Ethos:

  • To - Bridge the gap between grassroots & pro football academies.
  • To - Maximise opportunites outside academy football.
  • To - Provide a measurable approach to talent identification.
  • To - Enable you to realise your dream.

From the first thing in the morning to the last thing at night, we have been living, eating and breathing the JPL since 2011.

  • 1 in 11 children that play in the league are signed on by professional clubs
  • 6000+ children, 400 +teams, 90+ clubs playing Saturday football in the JPL
  • We are the first league to bridge the gap between grass roots and academy level football
  • The JPL have a very strong relationship with the FA & Pro Clubs

Junior Premier League:
Now in its 6th Season the JPL have grown to over 90 clubs and over 400 teams with multiple age groups from u10 to u18, these represent 22 County FA Regions.

A great cross section of clubs involved from Premier League clubs to FootballLeague clubs then Conference clubs and semi-professional clubs.

The JPL encourage clubs to give more contact time to their players and many of our initiatives are aimed at developing the players to the highest level possible through different football experiences (futsal & street soccer) as well as the traditional match day experience. The NEW indoor Futsal facility at Carterton FC is the perfect venue for our FA/JPL qualified coaches to deliver exactly that!
