Chard Town FC are pleased to announced that they have been selected by the Western League to host a Ground Hop fixture this coming season.

We will be hosting Bishop Lydeard on Sunday 9th October, kick off 11.00am.

Groundhopping is a hobby that involves "hoppers" attending matches at as many different stadiums or grounds as possible. Last year, seven clubs in the Western League hosted fixtures, which averaged 260 hoppers attending each match.

Chard FC are looking forward to welcoming the Ground Hoppers, but also members of the local community to ensure Chard's biggest event for many years.
