Chasetown FC is currently going through a significant transition period both on and off the pitch. Developing young talented players is an integral part of the growth strategy at the Club, and we have an opportunity for an U23s/Reserve Team Coach to join our team.

The Youth Development Programme has had a very successful first year and our structure is now evolving to integrate additional teams which means we are looking to recruit a coach to work with our most talented young players.
Working very closely with both Youth Development and our First Team staff, your role will be to prepare players for the transition into senior football. The role will mean you will support senior players who require playing time beyond First Team games, as and when required.

The prospective coach needs to understand the rigours of playing non-league First Team football but be modern, progressive and open minded in their approach. The coach will need to work as part of an existing team in our pathway and be required to support our philosophy and approach that places the individual player as the priority in our development pathway.

The role would suit someone who is experienced already in youth development, or possibly senior football in the professional or non-league game. However, we are open minded to speak with an experienced player who may wish to start their transition from a playing career into coaching and management. (This may include registering as a player with the First Team squad where appropriate)
