Griff began his career with Wolves, before moving to Brentford and is a very well established full back or centre half.
His non-league career boasts spells at Stafford Rangers, Halesowen Town and two spells at neighbours Hednesford Town, whom he captained last season.

On his latest signing, Swanny said, “Griff has been with us for almost all of pre season and we are chuffed to have him on board. His pedigree speaks for itself and when we knew he was available this summer it was a no brainer to try and bring him in”.

Sam did not feature yesterday versus Aston Villa due to a slight calf injury but we are looking forward to seeing him in scholars shirt very soon!
