2017 Pitch-a-Tent --- Let The Games Begin! (Updated: 7-25-17) Men's Division Expanding to 32 teams (2 spots left)

Updated: July 25, 2017

This year's Pitch A Tent 7’s Tournament, hosted by the Nooga Rugby Club, is scheduled for Friday, July 28th and Saturday, July 29th outside of Chattanooga, TN at the always-impressive Cherokee Farms in Lafayette, GA.

More information will be updated as we get closer to this year's event, but plan on another year of naked slip-n-slides, co-ed showers, an absurd number of kegs, and a really loud bomb!

As usual, the 2017 tournament will be open to men’s & women’s social sides with 28 men’s teams and 28 women’s team. Teams will be listed as they get registered.

Note: Registration (the online payment option) is now available on noogarugby.com.

Payment Information
Men’s Entry Fee: $375 before July 1st, $425 on or after
Women’s Entry Fee: $250 before July 1st, $300 on or after

All teams are now able to register (and pay) using PayPal, which is the preferred method, via the "Online Payments" tab above

Lodging
All participants should plan to camp (RV’s & campers are welcome) at the tournament site on Friday & Saturday. The tournament site will house 6 fields, a HUGE camping area, large swimming pond, showers, & stage. Within a 5-min drive of the tournament site is Walmart, gas stations, several fast food restaurants, etc. No pets, camp fires, fireworks, or weapons are allowed at the tournament site. The camp site is open to setup camp anytime after noon on Thursday.

Thursday Night Pre-Welcome Party
While the official tournament welcome party is Friday night at the tournament site, Nooga Rugby is also hosting a pre-welcome party in downtown Chattanooga on Thursday night for those of you who come into town early for the rafting trip. The party will start at our home bar, "Mike's Hole in the Wall" at 6:30 pm and include one (1) free keg. Once the free keg is kicked, you're on your own but the good news is that Mike's sells some of the cheapest beer in town. Our best guess is that we'll start there and after a few hours we'll bar hop our way through the rest of downtown Chattanooga. Any and all Pitch A Tent participants are encouraged to attend. Here are the details:
