Good Afternoon Lily,
I am writing to say a big thank you for the wonderful party you guys facilitated in The Clarets Bar for Michael's 70th last Saturday.
Every single member of staff we came into contact with was truly fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, they were efficient, helpful and friendly and really made Michael's night a night to remember.
From my point of contact Jade, who was so very helpful, to Steve the super Bar Manager with Kieron and the ladies behind the bar, to the amazingly kind and efficient Ness with her lovely kitchen team, the service and the food was absolutely first rate. In fact the whole night went with a swing due to the great team you have a Chelmsford City FC.
We had a brilliant time and Michael and I would like it if you could pass our thanks to everyone, we very much appreciate them all!

I would just like to thank you and all your staff for helping make last night’s charity quiz such a success. Everyone worked really hard in the preparation of the event and on the evening, and were friendly and helpful at all times. We raised just over £4,000 for the charity (which included matched fundraising from Barclays), so they are over the moon.

I just wanted say a special thank you on behalf of our club for the superb hospitality shown by your directors, stewards and catering staff on Saturday.
Although the score line was a tad flattering for your team I cannot fault the rest of our day.
Please let Lily in catering together with Mick Hull, Mick Hooker, Alistair & David Selby, to name a few, of our absolute appreciation.
Although I did not visit your clubhouse for a drink or other catering outlets, they received excellent reviews from our fans both on quality and cost.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of you on the day.
You look like you may now have a team on the park to go with the team off it to realise your club's ambition of National League Premier football in the not too distant future.
We at Wealdstone pride ourselves too on setting high standards on being a welcoming and hospitable club.
Good luck for the rest of the season except when you play us and definitely expect a few Jaffa cakes(an in joke!) to go with your teas at half time when you visit us.

As you can see from the below, your networking event - Friends of City - has been of great value to Kids Inspire, thank you!
I met Mark Eustace and Happicabs has offered to take a group of our children and their parents on a day out to Colchester Zoo in the spring.
I met Alan Heggie from The Flying V who has offered his services as chauffeur and his Bentley for a day as an auction item for our fundraising ball on 18th November.
We have changed stationery suppliers to Tiger Business Supplies which we hope will result in considerable cost savings for us.

We have received several letters from our guests expressing their thanks to both the football club and ourselves. To be honest, I think a number of them were pleasantly surprised at the welcome we received and the facilities offered to guests during the day.
We have forwarded the photos on to our guests as a reminder of the day, one that I’m sure we will repeat next season.
