It is with deep sadness and regret that we have to announce that Rich Angove died in a car crash on Friday 7 October. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Rich's funeral will take place on 21 October at 1130 at All Saint's Church, All Saint's Road, Cheltenham. Following the Church service, a family and close friends only service will take take place at Cheltenham Crematorium. The family have requested no flowers but to give donations to the Poppy Appeal or Help for Heroes instead.

Buses will be provided to take mourners from the church service to Imjin Barracks (formerly R.A.F. Innsworth) officers mess. At 1730 buses will transport everyone to Cheltenham Civil Service club where food and drink will be provided.

On Saturday 15 October, CCSRFC will be playing Spartans at home. We invite players, ex-players, vice presidents and Rich's many friends to join us for the match or afterwards to share memories and have a drink in Rich's honour.

We understand that the family have requested that no cards be sent at this time.

The committee, having spoken to family members, requests that no CCSRFC members speak to any media organisations. Furthermore, if anyone is approached by a representative of a media organisation we would appreciate it if you would refer them to Alan Lochhead.
