Next Sunday (30th Sept) we are playing our first league fixture, away at Grasshoppers (in Isleworth). For this game we can only select the starting 15 and up to 7 substitutes, I therefore need to know everyone’s availability. You can either record this on the website http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/chessvalley/ by clicking on the white tab “Player Availability” or by emailing me. You will need to have registered to do this; many thanks to all of you have registered over the last week, we now have most of the team registered. Alternatively you can email me with your availability. Thanks to Tommy, Simon, Luke, Ben S & James who have already recorded their availability for this fixture.

The following two weeks we play Fullerians B at home and then Twickenham (league game) at home (7th & 14th Oct). Again I will need to know availability for both of these games; however as these are home games we will also need assistance, from parents, with producing & serving the post match food. Please could you let me know if you are able to lead or assist with food for either of these fixtures.

The plan is that all of the boys will be in the starting 15 for either the Grasshoppers or Fullerians B game.

Finally the Lost Property Section (probably a regular feature if your son is like mine!!!).
Found today in the changing room after everyone had left: 1 pair of Nike black medium football/gym shorts. Please let me know if your son arrived home with out them!
