This is possible after securing grant funding of approximately 90% of the total cost. This is in large part down to the efforts of the cricket club President (and ex Wales international goalkeeper!) Di Totty. She's worked tirelessly to secure not one, but two grants from CWaC and the ECB.

We'd also like to thank Nomads 3rd team player and international import, Girish Kumar, for his vital input in attending the requisite courses and more recently, working as part of Genfit, the company installing the panels.

We were hoping installation would be complete by this weekend but some 'roofing challenges' mean everything should be in place by next week.

With financial times tough at the moment, it's great news that the Club can expect a saving of several thousand pounds per year as we move forward.
