Hi Everyone,
Our End of Season Ball is fast approaching, and time is running out for securing your tickets/tables if you have not already done so. As with everything we do a tremendous amount of effort goes into putting on an event such as this. SO to make it a success we will still need your help. What we are looking for is volunteers for each of the following dates:
Thursday 10th May (PM) – 10 volunteers to help organise and create the scene in the marquee.
Friday 11th May (AM) – 6 volunteers to finish off the set up of the marquee and the event.
Saturday 12th May (early doors time to TBC) – 6-10 volunteers needed. We have a kick boxing event to set up that day so the Marquee will need to be tidied and cleared. I anticipate this being a 8am start as the next event will be in early doors to set up.
Please can you email clubhouse@chippenhamrfc.co.uk to advise if you can support so that Sam and Emily know who is coming in.
