Below is a superb example of all of the behaviours we're trying to instil at Chippenham RFC and we've a great example following the U16's trip down to Wimborne last weekend. Our hosts very kindly sent an email to our U16's Team Manager Ben Bartlett, which they've agreed we can publish:-

"Hi Ben,

Please see this below from Steve on behalf of all of us. Teams like yours are why we play rugby.

Dear Chippenham Coaches Players and Parents,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you all for the brilliant displays of friendship and values in rugby during our games with you this weekend. From your players who put their heart and souls into playing in a Wimborne shirt for us, the encouraging support and kind good natured direction from the Referees, to the exceptional manners and standards of behaviour of all those involved.

Thank you for making our first game back as a new team a great foundation for our future matches. We at Wimborne wish you both a successful and enjoyable season and hope to see you again before 6th May 2024.
