Family Fridays are open to all ages from 7.30pm onwards - Social Touch Rugby.

Touch Rugby is a fast-flowing form of non-contact rugby. It is great for improving fitness, ball handling skills and is a very social sport. It is a mixed sport and is open to all ages. Touch Rugby runs all year round.
