After a truly incredible turn out of support at our first game last weekend, we would welcome support on our travels down the road to Poole where we are hopeful of building on our initial performance against Locks Heath Pumas II. Poole have this season moved up a league into Dorset & Wilts 2 South and have managed to enter a 2nd XV into the fixture matrix we are part of, the old Dorset & Wilts 3 South. Many of our guys are familiar with Poole RFC and regardless of the result, a great game and time will be had by all. The facilities are family friendly with plenty of parking available.

This will be the perfect next step on our journey following our loss to Locks Heath Pumas II last weekend where we were in a fortunate position to be able to field 28 players throughout the game - an incredible number to take to the field in our colours. While the first 25 minutes of the game proved to be very close, Locks Heath soon settled into their rhythm and their structure and experience shone through. All of Christchurch RFC are grateful to Locks Heath Pumas for christening the pitch with us and for the very generous plaque they presented to us after the game. We look forward to the return visit later this season!
