Please note the following update to the collection of information...

From 1st August 2020, for the Purpose of Track & Trace relating to COVID-19 we will be required to collect the following information:

Name
Contact details (phone number / email address)
Date of training/fixture

We will NOT use this information for anything other than the purpose of Track & Trace should we require to pass on following a confirmed case of Covid-19.
In addition it may be shown to the Wilts FA, Hants FA, or one of the 3 leagues we compete in should they request so as evidence we are following the necessary guidance.

The information will only be kept secure for 21 days after the date recorded of the training/fixture.

After 21 days has expired, the information provided will be deleted, erased or securely disposed depending on method of collection.
