We face Kerry for a second time in pre season on Monday night. We won 3-1 in the first game after goals from Drew Reynolds, Gregg Brown and Ash Owen.
Manager Chris Davies has Steve Jones, Ger Jones, Adam Williams, Jordan Jones and Toby Evans all available after they missed Fridays game against Llanfair.
Chris had this to say - Tonight we face Kerry for the second time in pre season. I felt we needed an extra game, Kerry were good opposition for us last time out and thanks to them for sorting this out on such short notice.
The last 2 friendlies against Caersws and Llanfair have been slightly disappointing. Both times I have been short of 7/8 players. It's not ideal in pre season and I think we would have been able to give more in the games if we were at full strength. This is the main reason behind tonight's game to give the lads who have missed a few of the friendlies some minutes on the pitch. I have near enough a full squad to chose from. Only Chris brown (working) and Ben Richards (injured) are missing. It will give me a good chance to start molding together the team ready for the season.
We have already added to the squad with the signing of Ben Jones and I'm hoping to add another tonight. Then I feel we will be ready for the season.
It's another game and I'm looking forward to seeing what we can produce tonight when we are at, almost, full strength.
