Welcome back to Colney Heath, Crazy week! The new Assistant Manager of the First Team!
How delighted are you to be back here?
It's been a whirlwind of a week and I'm absolutely delighted to be back at Colney Heath. It is a great local club with a successful history. I'm personally really looking forward to getting started with Matt and the management team.

What have you been up to & where have you been working since your previous stint at Colney Heath?
I've been working with Matt at Sandridge Rovers. It's been great to team up with Matt again and getting back 'on the grass'. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, it is a great club with great people.

What can we expect from yourself & Matt's team?
Hard working. It is non negotiable to us and always will be. At this level it is really important to instil that work effort with talent in your team and that will be key for us at the Heath.

How big of a challenge ahead awaits us?
It's a big challenge and we have real ambition to deliver on the pitch. We're under no illusion of the task ahead of us, it is going to take lots of hard work, but we're confident we can make real progress.
