Pre- season News
Following the first season as a team in the Queensferry Sports Flintshire Youth League, Colwyn Bay Under 18s have started the 2014/15 season with some impressive pre-season results winning 3 – 1 away at Ewloe Harriers and 6 – 2 at Dyserth. A 1 – 1 draw against Llysfaen senior team in the final warm up game capped a good pre-season and showed that the players are developing into good footballing team.

With the core of last year’s squad retained and a number of new players who have progressed from playing Under 16 football, Colwyn Bay are starting this season from a much stronger position but the Flintshire league boasts some very strong academy sides from the likes of Airbus, GAP Connahs Quay, Flint Town, Holywell and Denbigh and every game will be a real test but strong opposition will help develop players further.
