Lee spent 10 years at Cefn Druids, where he initially worked within the academy up to the under 19’s, before progressing to work within the First Team Management group. Lee worked under manager Huw Griffiths for three seasons in the Cymru Premier League. Since which, Lee has held roles at Bala Town FC Academy and as head coach of Brymbo FC.

The club has had multiple positive conversations with Lee and it is clear he shares the club’s vision for building a sustainable future.

Lee spoke positively regarding progressing the both the First Team and the club as a whole, continuing the positive steps of recruiting local players to the squad with opportunities for young players to progress.

Lee has retained Martyn Jones within his coaching team, and the club are very happy that he will remain part of the first team staff.
