The venue is Longwater Lane Park, Old Costessey, Norwich with the tournament starting at 10.00am (Managers will need to sign in by 09.30am). This year all age groups will play 5-a-side.

There will be refreshments and BBQ food available on the day as well as various other stalls and entertainment. We hope that you will join us and take part in our fun and friendly event. 

ADVANCED WARNING – players should bring trainers, boots and shin-pads to the event and each team should be supported by at least one qualified first-aider.
